Account data: When you sign in via Google or Discord OAuth, we receive your email address, display name, and profile avatar. We do not receive or store your password.
Server data: Server owners submit server name, IP address, description, Discord link, and website URL. This data is publicly visible.
Usage data: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics (page views, session duration, device type). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
Cookies: We use essential session cookies for authentication and a GDPR consent cookie. No third-party tracking cookies are used without your consent.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to: operate and improve the platform, display server listings, manage your account, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account or servers.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except: Google (Analytics, if you consent), Discord (OAuth authentication), and law enforcement (if required by law).
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Server listings are removed upon account deletion or owner request. Vote and comment data is anonymized after 30 days.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
6. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, Content Security Policy headers, and regular security audits to protect your data.
7. Children
Our service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
