You agree not to: submit fake or spam servers, manipulate votes, impersonate others, upload malicious content, or violate any applicable laws.

2. Server Listings

All server listings are subject to manual review. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion. Server owners are responsible for their server content and compliance with Hytale EULA.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Hytale is a trademark of Hypixel Studios. Play Hytale Servers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Hypixel Studios. All server content belongs to their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for server downtime, data loss, or actions of third-party servers listed on our platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
